Travuxo (Travuxo) is an online general-merchandise retailer shipping to the United States and select international destinations.

Where we ship

We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. Contact b.mandler@wellsmarketplace.com before ordering if you are unsure.

Order timing

Warehouse handling typically completes within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Carrier transit after handoff is commonly 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Cost of shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. International shipping availability and rates (if offered) are shown at checkout.

Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

How to track

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

Shipment problems

If a bike shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing parts, Email b.mandler@wellsmarketplace.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

Packing notes

Bikes often ship partially assembled in a carton. Minor assembly (handlebars, pedals, seat) may be required.

Inspect the frame and wheelset on arrival and photograph any transit damage before assembly.
